                “Prior to joining SoCal Fitness Boot Camp, I was carrying  around an extra 100 pounds I had accumulated over the past ten years and struggled to lose. I am pleased to admit, I have lost 60 pounds this past year by attending SoCal Fitness Boot Camp. I have gone from a size 24 to a 14. Karen's boot camp has been the best.  I came in super scared to work out with other people because it had been years since I had worked out.  I was not in the best shape and I knew that was why I needed to get out there.  She not only helped me with my confidence of being out there but with my nutrition and the way my body is changing!  It is the best.

I have never been more motivated for fitness then after my time in the SoCal Womens Bootcamp, My trainer Kathy Cole was not only an amazing instructor but a monumental influence in my motivation for fitness. I began the bootcamp in an attempt to lose weight like so many women do, but I found so much more than a rigorous workout. I found encouragement which is the driving force behind my motivation. I have lost 50 lbs to date with an exercise and diet program and I can honestly say that without the SoCal Womens Bootcamp and Kathy I would not be where I am today, they have influenced my life in a way that I will never forget!

Today I ran and finished the Diamond Lake 1/2 Marathon in Hemet. I owe this race to you and the SoCal Fitness Boot Camp. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined completing such a race. I only ran 12 minute miles but at the age of 56 and considering I've never run in any kind of competitive event, I feel this is a huge accomplishment for me. 

Thank you so much for your expertise and your diligence in motivating me and encouraging me to get in shape. I hope all is well.

I just wanted to let you know I am so happy with my progress and have become a complete Boot Camp Junky. This is either my 8th or 9th month of boot camp with Karen and I have lost a total of 25lbs. and 3-1/2" off my waist and now down 3 pant sizes. Karen is amazing and I just love Boot Camp.

Hi Kathy, Being a part of the boot camp team has really motivated and inspired me, this week I'v run 20 miles all by myself, Kathy, I could not have done this without you, you and the group gave me the confidence I've needed to get off the couch and join the rest of the world.

Kathy, before meeting you i found it hard to exercise. I felt I'd let my life go and was embarrassed to be outside to do any form of exercise: running was something people did... not me.

Before joining boot camp I had been laid off, and it hit me hard, got into depression, and couldn’t seem to find myself. After 6 weeks of your coaching i began to find myself again, I'm running everyday and enjoying time with my kids and my husband, and it's all thanks to you.

THANK YOU for helping me see there's more to life than the single identity I had with my job. You are truly an awesome person and you've made a HUGE IMPACT IN MY LIFE.

Thanks so much for the numbers! I had a great time "shrinking" with you. It's encouraging to see tangible results like that. I'm so impatient that I usually give up on myself before I have time to see results. I LOVED boot camp and am SO bummed I missed those 3 days. But...I just signed up again for the next camp! I love the way you run the camp and I love the other women in the group. I can't wait to start up again! Thanks for all your encouragement and support. I'll see you in 2 weeks!

I am NOT a morning person so it was a big step for me to commit to the 5:30AM class and if you were not as energetic, enthusiastic and inspiring it would be easy to just roll over in bed and skip it. I have been telling everyone how much I love Boot Camp and love knowing that my work out is done as I start my day.  THANK YOU!

As my first session with SoCal Fitness Boot Camp enters its final week, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for providing such a great experience.  The boot camp experience has put my exercise routine back on track.  I love being outdoors each morning.  I never know what to expect other than knowing that I'll be challenged and worked to the best of my abilities.  You provide a very motivating class that proves to never be boring.  I've never been a group exercise person but I am now committed to this program and am looking forward to the next session!

I am an Officer in the Army National Guard w/18 years of service, 4 of them active. I attended the Enlisted Army Basic Training Camp and the Officers Basic Training Camp. I was younger, thinner, in good shape, and on active duty. In 2004 I was activated for one year with the Army. I was lucky and did not have to go to Iraq. At that time I was running and exercising 5 days a week with my company. A couple of years later I am in a position to get deployed to Iraq. It's just a matter of time. Today I am 42 years old making it harder to stay in shape.  This camp is making it easier for me to stay in shape. It is fun, but tough enough. Jill is very supportive and keeps us laughing. If eventually I get deployed, I will be more confident and in better shape to start the Army Physical Training for the War. This Camp is helping me to get into the routine of exercising and staying in shape.
