Boot Camp Workouts
SoCal Fitness Boot Camp for Women is an outdoor fitness and exercise program that includes a variety of boot camp style workouts, fitness instruction, and motivational training. Whether you're goal is to lose weight, get fit, or just live a healthier lifestyle, our Certified Fitness Trainers will motivate you to achieve your goals through customized fitness plans. Typically, camps are 4 weeks long, one hour a day, 4 days a week, Morning Classes begin at 5:30AM and 8:30AM and Evening classes are 5:45-6:45PM. Not all times are available at all locations. Our boot camp workouts will help you become more physically fit and toned, lose weight and inches, and gain strength and endurance. These attributes will help increase your self-confidence and improve how you feel. The boot camp workouts for women include specialized exercises designed with a focus on firming your butt and thighs, flattening your stomach and reducing your body fat.
You don't have to be physically fit to participate in this boot camp. Women of all abilities and ages are welcome to participate. No one will be asked to do more than they are capable of doing safely. Everyone will be challenged to their ability and no one will be left behind. For optimal benefits, boot camp workouts will be slightly increased each day, and you will be more physically fit by the end of the program.
The boot camp workouts include the following exercises: Core conditioning, muscular strengthening, circuit training, short-distance running, sport yoga, hiking, Pilates, obstacle courses, sport drills, and more!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
For a fraction of the cost of a typical Personal Trainer ($50 to $100 per hour), you have a great opportunity to be motivated and trained by a Certified Fitness Trainer doing boot camp workouts in the great outdoors of beautiful San Diego.

- $149 for 4 week camps (16 hours of instruction)
- $129 for 3-week camps (12 hours of instruction)

- $129 for 10 session pass
- $75 for 5 session pass
