SoCal Fitness Boot Camp is a weight loss boot camp for women. This outdoor fitness program is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals by utilizing fun, challenging, and invigorating activities. We have camps in Oceanside (5:30am), Carlsbad (5:45pm), Encinitas (5:30am and 5:45pm), Vista(5:30am), San Marcos (7:00am and 5:45pm), Cardiff (8:35am), and Mission Bay (6:00pm).
This weight loss boot camp for women’s program is 4 weeks long, 4 days a week, for 1 hour a day, and is instructed by a Certified Fitness Trainer. Programs include fitness instruction, training, and motivation. Our workouts are designed to accommodate women of ALL fitness levels, shapes & ages.

Our program really is for EVERYONE. This is not only a weight loss boot camp for women, but also a place to make new friends, get motivation from all the ladies around you, and have lots of FUN in the process of firming, trimming down, and getting more fit. The trainers are really good about utilizing the different elements of the park, i.e. benches, steps, bleachers, parking lots, sand, and playgrounds to mix things up, and keep you guessing about what you will do next. If you are in Carlsbad, you will even get to work out on the beach on some of the days.
