securely and online. Once we’ve received your

What
happens after I register for a boot camp?
You will be contacted by our team
and provided with pre-camp evaluation and
orientation information which
includes the following:
-
Introduction to SoCal Fitness Boot Camp.
-
You'll receive a boot camp 'Welcome
Packet' with
loads of information.
-
Pre & Post-Camp Evaluation Form: used
for pre-camp and post-camp measurements
which
will be compared so you can see
what improvements you've achieved in the
4 weeks of camp. No one sees these measurements but
you and your trainer (if you allow her). You'll be amazed
at the results you've achieved in
just 4
short weeks of
camp.
-
Provide answers to any questions
that you may have.
What do I bring to camp?
You will need to bring an exercise mat, one set of
3, 5 or 8 pound hand weights, comfortable running shoes,
sweat towel, and water to keep you hydrated
throughout your work-out.
What is a typical day like at camp?
Purposely, there is no typical day. Unlike a
gym work-out, everyday is different so you
don't get bored. There will be weight training, core training,
short distance running, jumping rope, obstacle courses and once a week we will go on a hike. You will also
receive instruction on core stability and proper form.
One thing that is typical about each day is
the fun that you will have getting in shape!
Will I see results right away?
You can see physical results within two to
three weeks, but improvement in your performance can
be seen within the first week of camp.
Everyone is different, and results will vary depending on the effort level.
What happens if it rains?
You will probably get wet. Unless it is a
downpour, camp will be held (after all, this
is a BOOT CAMP).
What is your refund policy?
If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable
to attend camp,
and we are notified prior to the camp start
date, we will give you a refund (minus a
$50 cancellation fee). But if you notify
us after the start of camp, we can only
offer you a non-transferable credit (no
cash refund) towards another boot camp.
Credit is given ONLY if you suffer a medical
injury or illness that prevents you from
finishing the current camp
once it has begun.
Check out available boot camp
locations and dates.
